Served as Co-Creator, Executive Producer, and Head of Audience Growth for The Lonely Office, helping build and scale the show into a Top 50 career podcast while shaping editorial voice, format strategy, executive alignment, and audience growth around modern workplace narratives. This included building and utilizing content flywheels across podcasting, audio, newsletters, and other owned audience-growth channels.
CyberArk / Palo Alto Networks
Built and scaled CyberArk’s podcast and thought leadership podcast ecosystem over a four-year period, leading content strategy, editorial development, executive production, and audience positioning for the company’s leading storytelling platform. Following Palo Alto Networks’ acquisition of CyberArk in February 2026, Aaron was tapped to help shepherd the transition of that platform, supporting continuity across messaging, editorial voice, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-level content strategy.Kaulig Companies
Led content strategy and execution for executive leadership, including the company’s president and founder, as well as Kaulig Giving, its philanthropic arm. This work sat inside a broader entrepreneurial ecosystem connected to major business ventures such as Leaf Home, which publicly reported more than $1.6 billion in 2023 revenue.7 Minute Stories
Built and grew the 7 Minute Stories story system, an owned narrative ecosystem that has reached more than 30 million people cross-platform over the last two years. What began as an autobiographical short-form podcast property has expanded into weekly stories, viral social storytelling channels, written storytelling through Stories in a Snap with a 20,000-person print circulation, and bonus series such as Storytelling University, which has attracted celebrity, influencer, and expert guests across a wide range of disciplines. The 7MS ecosystem now also includes Shortwave Stories, a five-minute public radio adaptation premiering on NPR affiliate WYSU in August 2026.Talent-Led Media
Led editorial, content and podcast strategy for personality-driven media properties, including work with Maurice Benard, Thomas Ian Nicholas and other talent-led channels. Aaron helped shape creative voice, format architecture, audience positioning, and content systems behind these properties, with a focus on building long-term audience relationships and creating stronger pathways for sponsorship, partnership, and platform growth.
He lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife and three kids, drawing stories from an extremely normal life.
